- The installation and decoration of a new hardwood front door and frame, inclusive of decoration.
- The decoration of front of property including masonry and timber work
- The installation of a privacy gate at front of property
- The installation of a lockable timber gate to side of property leading to the rear garden.

Some of the works Maxted Construction have carried at the hotel range from small maintenance issues such as repainting of the entrance steps; right through to large projects which have included full scope refurbishment of hotel bedrooms.
